As President, my role is to lead the Law Enforcement Executives in Essex County in all things Public Safety. To face towards our communities and departments while collectively resolving the issues that create conflict and mistrust between the communities we serve and the departments we represent. To ensure that our retired members are not forgotten, and to create a path of succession for our future leaders.
