Mission Statement

Our association is committed to developing a strong working relationship among all Chiefs of Police and other law enforcement executives within Essex County and the heads of other local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

We actively pursue information sharing through monthly discussions of current criminal activities and long term strategies, designed to fight and reduce crime and provide a safe environment in our communities and provide a safe environment in our communities.

In addition, we are dedicated to enhancing the professionalism of the police service we provide to our communities through ongoing training presented by individuals and organizations expert in topics and tactics related to law enforcement.
